All financial transactions on the meli3gp platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which will be clearly communicated in the user account section.

All transactions are final once confirmed. Any payment disputes must be reported to the meli3gp support team within 30 days from the transaction date.

Account Closure: meli3gp may permanently terminate user accounts if violations of terms, fraud, or illegal activities are found. Valid balances will be refunded after review, subject to legal and compliance requirements.
Users may also voluntarily close their accounts by contacting the meli3gp support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 7 working days.
All content, logos, designs, trademarks, software, and other materials on the meli3gp platform are the exclusive property of meli3gp or our licensors. Users are not permitted to:

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
